While some practices have stumbled under the weight of additional or changing management burdens, others have learned how to excel.

Senior Consultant Sandy Pardue will discuss better ways to control the phones, increase new patient numbers, reactivate patients, improve communication skills, increase treatment acceptance, and predict and control broken appointments.

This presentation will provide tools to close the back door so that new patients stay and existing patients get back in the chair.
