The inaugural 2021 PAGD Golf Tournament is open for registrations! This year, all proceeds will benefit the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University in honor of Dr. Rick Knowlton.

Dinner
A barbeque dinner immediately following golf will be served at approximately 6:00 p.m.
Cost
Cost is $150 per person, or $600 for a foursome. Individual golfers will be placed on a team based on request or handicap.
Pennsylvania AGD is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship/Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from June 2, 2018 to June 1, 2023. Provider ID# 219323
