Course Description: Photogrammetry technology can be applied in implant dentistry to capture precise data regarding the three-dimensional positioning of implants, which is essential for creating full-arch implant-supported prostheses. By utilizing mathematical algorithms and combining multiple 2-dimensional images, a three-dimensional model of the implant positions is generated along an XYZ axis. This technique is recognized as the most accurate and precise digital method for recording the intraoral positions of multiple implants. Photogrammetry involves determining the geometric properties and spatial arrangement of the objects being imaged based on photographic images. When compared to traditional impression techniques, photogrammetry offers advantages such as increased efficiency, faster processing, and enhanced patient satisfaction.

Course Description: This Course is designed to introduce dental professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in immediate implant placement techniques using the innovative Socket Shield Method. The Socket Shield Technique is a cutting-edge procedure that combines tooth extraction and immediate implant placement with a unique preservation strategy for the surrounding bone and soft tissue. By maintaining a portion of the tooth root (the "socket shield"), this method helps to reduce bone resorption, improve esthetic outcomes, and optimize implant stability, particularly in challenging extraction sites.
