The Trust is pleased to sponsor a course for the dental practitioner designed to fulfill requirements, provide updated information, as well as refresh your knowledge of minimal sedation and current techniques. At the end of this course you will fulfill your Dental Board Permit application and renewal requirements for adult oral/minimal sedation. This course will include lecture information from our speakers with hands-on participation.

· Cancellations made by April 4, 2025: full refund minus $10 administration fee
· Cancellations after April 4, 2025 : no refund and $10 administration fee

Colorado AGD shall be under no obligation to reschedule any course which has been canceled. Colorado AGD shall be under no obligation to offer meals or refreshments at any of its courses and is under no obligation to accommodate any special dietary restrictions at courses where meals are offered.
Colorado AGD will not be liable for any expenses incurred by any registrant for attendance at a course, including but not limited to: travel expenses, accommodations, meals, salaries, wages, and loss of income, or for participant’s failure to attend a course.
